Electronic Statements is Jack Henry Banking’s innovative electronic statement delivery solution that leverages a “pull” communications strategy to notify customers via e-mail when their statements are available. 

The e-mail notifications sent to customers contain an embedded link that provides direct access to your bank’s Internet banking login page. Upon entering the established login credentials, electronic statements are immediately displayed to the customer. The electronic statements displayed match familiar bank-branded printed statements, and customers can view, print, or save the electronic statements in PDF, HTML or TXT file format through available functionality.

The generation and distribution of electronic statements can also be outsourced to Jack Henry Banking’s OutLink Data Centers™.

In addition to Electronic Statements, Jack Henry Banking provides Electronic Statements – Interactive which leverages a “push” communications environment to deliver secure, interactive electronic documents including statements with check images, notices, targeted promotions, and other customer communications. This innovative system enables bank-branded customer communications to be distributed as encrypted e-mail attachments with embedded links to the appropriate online banking function.
