Synergy Check Archive optimizes the cost savings and operational efficiencies check imaging generates by storing the image of documents such as checks and deposit slips allowing multiple users to immediately retrieve archived checks and providing the ability to view the front and back of each, using features like rotate, pan, and zoom. Multiple checks can be viewed simultaneously and notations, such as exception item dispositions, can be added to the images with Synergy Check Archive. This solution provides the ability to print up to 32 images per page.   Check images can also be cut and pasted into other applications such as Microsoft® Excel® or Word. Synergy Check Archive provides basic fraud detection capabilities with the ability to visually compare check signatures with electronically stored signature cards on-demand or as part of a procedure based on bank-defined parameters.
