jhaCall Center is a comprehensive telephone support and customer service solution that automatically captures and authenticates customer information using state-of-the-art computer telephony integration (CTI) technology and supports a variety of implementation options. The sophisticated jhaCall Center software can be implemented in-house for banks that want to retain responsibility for call center operations but need an intuitive, user-friendly technology platform that provides extensive case management capabilities and full integration with their core processing system. Jack Henry Banking also offers outsourced alternatives for banks that want to outsource their entire call center operations, the resolution of customer issues, or after-hours support. jhaCall Center provides experienced telephone service representatives that resolve customer requests and inquiries on behalf of banks in a professional, bank-branded environment. This cost-effective solution expedites and enhances customer service, improves operational efficiencies, and reduces demands on internal staff.

This solution is available to banks automated by the SilverLake System® platform.

  • jhaCall Center In-House™ - A comprehensive in-house software solution that provides telephone support and customer service.
  • jhaCall Center Outsourced Services™ - Our staff receives and resolves customer calls and inquiries on behalf of the client during normal operating hours.
  • jhaCall Center Outsourced Services After Hours™ - The jhaCall Center staff receives and resolves customer calls and inquiries from 5 p.m – 11 p.m., Monday – Friday, in the bank’s time zone. Saturday, Sunday, and holiday support is available for an additional fee.
  • jhaCall Center Outsourced Full Business Services™ - This comprehensive service augments telephone support with jhaCall Center staff qualified to perform back-office operations such as loan and transaction processing.
  • jhaCall Center Outsourced Select Services™ - The jhaCall Center staff receives and resolves customer calls and inquiries during an event that generates higher than normal call volume. Select Services may be contracted to assist during an acquisition, merger, product change, or other significant event. Services can be daytime, afterhours, or both, and can include weekend and holiday support.
