Centurion Emergency Notification, offered through Jack Henry Banking's partnership with Everbridge, leverages the production-proven Everbridge Notification platform to broadcast time-sensitive messages to pre-defined lists of bank personnel. This service provides anytime communication via numerous channels including telephone, email, instant messaging, desktop alerts, fax, social media, and more. The Centurion Emergency Notification service provides access from a smartphone mobile application and tablets. Effective, efficient, comprehensive staff communications can dramatically improve banks’ response to catastrophic disasters and unexpected business interruptions and the required recovery. 

This solution is available to banks automated by the SilverLake System®, CIF 20/20®, and Core Director platforms.
